Played a key role in launching AKT's first OnDemand fitness streaming platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop the product, streaming interface, and customer communications. Led the creation of landing pages, supporting guides, and retention strategies while executing targeted retargeting campaigns. Designed all collateral to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
