Managed the digital launch of the annual Summer Concert Series on the Rooftop at Pier 17 across web and email. Collaborated with the design team to craft on-sale communications and weekly concert announcements. Built individual concert pages on the website and executed pre-sale, on-sale, and 'Know Before You Go' email campaigns to drive engagement and maximize ticket sales.
